Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Parmesan cheese, to taste
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • Fresh rosemary, to taste
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • Half a lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil, as needed

Cooking Steps:

Slice the chicken breast horizontally into strips and place them in a clean bowl. Add olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside. Cut the sandwich bread into cubes and place them in another clean bowl. Add olive oil, chopped rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside. Shred the romaine lettuce and set it aside. In a small clean bowl, combine olive oil, a pinch of salt, lemon juice, vinegar, and black pepper. Set aside. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken breast until golden and crispy. In another pan, fry the bread cubes until golden and crispy. Next, crisp the bacon in a separate pan and set aside for plating. In a clean bowl, layer shredded romaine lettuce, followed by chicken breast, bread cubes, and crumbled bacon. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and dress with the prepared sauce.
