Ingredients:
- Conchiglie pasta 150g
- Chickpeas 100g
- Pancetta 150g
- Pecorino cheese (to taste)
- Rosemary (to taste)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 liter water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Cooking steps:
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced garlic until golden. Add the pancetta and sauté until crispy, optionally adding a splash of white wine for flavor.
Stir in the chickpeas evenly and add some rosemary. Continue to cook for about 10 minutes, then pour in 1 liter of water and let it boil for approximately 15 minutes.
Once boiling, add the conchiglie pasta and 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Once cooked, remove the rosemary. Plate the pasta and sprinkle with pecorino cheese and black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
